James A. Dyer

Zero Fear Whistleblower is conducting an independent investigation into allegations concerning retirement-plan participation, employee benefits, and related business practices involving James A. Dyer and entities associated with him. 

The investigation was initiated after information was received alleging that long-term employees may have been excluded from participation in retirement benefits while substantial pension benefits accrued to Mr. Dyer and members of his family. These allegations have not been proven in court, and no final determination has been made by Zero Fear Whistleblower regarding their accuracy. 

As part of this investigation, Zero Fear Whistleblower is seeking information from current and former employees, plan participants, beneficiaries, accountants, attorneys, regulators, and other individuals who may possess relevant knowledge or documentation. 

Mr. Dyer and any representatives acting on his behalf are invited to provide documents, explanations, corrections, or responses. Any response received will be considered and may be published in full or in part. 

The purpose of this investigation is to gather facts, evaluate evidence, and determine whether the allegations merit referral to appropriate governmental or regulatory authorities. 

This notice concerns allegations and matters under review. It should not be construed as a finding of liability, wrongdoing, or criminal conduct by any individual or entity.
