Who Is the
Zero Fear Whistleblower?

Todd A. Dyer is a financial services professional, certified paralegal, fraud examiner and whistleblower with decades of experience in structuring and launching start-up ventures.

Raised in the affluent circles of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, and Palm Springs, California, Dyer’s early life was shaped by his family’s successful Chicago-based insurance and advisory firms. Throughout his career, he developed sophisticated investment models and private capital networks—work that eventually led to a series of high-profile legal battles with federal prosecutors in Milwaukee.

During a 2017 sentencing hearing relating to alleged fraud schemes Midwest Farmland Partners and later American Farmland Partners, prosecutors labeled Dyer "the best and most dangerous fraudster they had ever encountered." Dyer vigorously disputes this characterization, maintaining that the cases against him were a complete fraud brought by an unethical and corrupt prosecutor who has since been removed from the U.S. Attorney’s Office—for a second time—for misconduct including overreaching, according to Dyer.

The Farmland Controversy

Central to Dyer's claims are his farmland investment roll-up, originally designed as Midwest Farmland Partners, later renamed and restructured as American Farmland Partners which he designed to be farmer and and farmer controlled. See: July 2011 Radio Interview. When Dyer insisted farmers maintain control not Wall Street, previous Midwest and American insiders turned on him and enlisted the US Attorney Office in Milwaukee for assistance. The government alleged Midwest and American failed in 2011. Dyer claims these entities were covertly restructured into what is now Farmland Partners Inc. (NYSE: FPI) through concealed investment banking transactions. Dyer asserts his defense was systematically undermined by:

* The removal of exculpatory evidence via a superseding indictment.
* A motion in limine that barred any reference to FPI during his trial.
* The ex parte dismissal of his attorneys by the presiding judge months before his sentencing—an action he claims the 7th Circuit Judicial Council has attempted to conceal.

The Zero Fear Whistleblower Platform

Todd Dyer now leads the Zero Fear Whistleblower Platform, dedicated to exposing systemic financial fraud, investigating prosecutorial and judicial misconduct, and supporting those targeted for legal abuse. Dyer alleges a broad, entrenched network of influence that he claims will be fully exposed through this platform. He specifically targets individuals and entities operating "Epstein Enterprises"—a term increasingly used to describe large-scale, self-protective networks of ultra-wealthy and politically connected individuals who use financial and political leverage to shield criminal behavior from legal accountability. Dyer describes an "Epstein Enterprise" as a criminal organization functioning similarly to a RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) enterprise, empowered by a complex web of institutional enablers.

Following his 2025 release from federal prison to a Chicago-area halfway house after serving over eight and a half years—including a year in solitary confinement—Dyer immediately resumed his pursuit of justice. Central to his mission is the claim that Farmland Partners Inc. (NYSE: FPI) is a concealed successor to the agricultural entities the government alleged were founded by Dyer, a fraud, and failed in September 2011, including Midwest Farmland Partners and American Farmland Partners. Dyer contends that evidence of this connection was suppressed during his trial and that FPI was shielded from scrutiny by a State of Illinois, Secretay of State, Securitues Department investigation controlled by a former Illinois State senator and ethanol lobbyist which concluded coincidentally just five days before FPI announced its IPO. He further notes that FPI utilized the same investment bank as Midwest and American was using and alleges that FPI's claim of operating prior to 2012 is a fabrication to conceal a merger with Midwest and American. Dyer asserts that FPI owes him over $100 million in withheld assets and damages.
